Company conducted a thorough and detailed inspection with communication throughout the process. The inspection was started and completed as stated. Payment and access to the report was easy to obtain. The report contained pictures and itemized issues regarding the inspection.

We used Bill Harvey Inspections on the recommendation of our realtor for our new construction home. We opted for a 3 phase inspection, and over the course of all 3 inspections, were extremely pleased with the detail in which the inspections were done, the quality of the reports we got back, and the customer service of the staff. The information they provided helped insure that our home was being built well. Because of this, we also feel that it was a great value and worth every penny! Whether we were calling to schedule or had any questions, they were knowledgeable, responsive, and just all around a pleasure to work with.10 out 10 would recommend (and already have) to others.

Mr Harvey did an amazing job with our inspection and at a very fair cost. We had some issues with the builder in regards to our stucco work and how the roof tied in. Mr Harvey came out several times and worked with the builder to resolve those issues. He is very knowledgeable of stucco which made us feel very confident in his services. If it wasn’t for that we would not of had the outcome we did with out final home. He was very professional and pays attention to detail and was able to pick up on things we would have missed. He was always mindful of cleanliness and took the time to make sure he protected our new home from and dirt or damage. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a very experienced inspector who goes above and beyond for his clients to make sure the job is done right. Pleasure to business with and if we ever needed another home inspected he would be the only one we would call.

We had a great experience with Bill Harvey Inspection Services. I first spoke with Ashley, their operations coordinator. She was so nice and set up our inspection quickly. Everything went smoothly with the set up and payment process. Warren completed our inspection on a Saturday morning. The inspection was very thorough and included several details. We appreciated his focus and patience as he went through each area of the house. We highly recommend!

Warren Sturges wrote an intricate Home Inspection Report, and gave excellent, prompt, and professional service. As well, received responsive service from Inspector Sean Kennedy. Sean produced a thorough, detailed, and easily understood Stucco Inspection Report. By far the best home inspection company I have ever used. These guys get it done, and they get it done right. We were recommended Bill Harvey’s inspection service by our mortgage lender, CMG Financial. Our inspection was conducted by Sean Kennedy. Sean was punctual, efficient, insightful, polite and above all- thorough. Bill was very nice to speak to in terms of scheduling and procedures throughout this entire process. It took only a few days to schedule, inspect and receive the report. Most of these days in between were a holiday and the weekend, so it is a really quick turnaround if needed. The inspection itself is variable depending on the property but ours only took 3.5 hours. We highly recommend this service.

I have used Bill and his crew for two home inspections. They are extremely thorough and detailed. I needed an inspection to take place quickly and Bill was able to accommodate my tight timeline. A little chaotic to get booked as on Saturday they said they would call me back Monday to set something up. Then nothing. I checked on Tuesday and Lyndy in the office scrambled to get someone out quickly. She’s great. The inspector was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Will use again.

We are selling our property. The buyer hired an inspector from this company. His name is Mark Arnold. He came 10 minutes earlier without any prior notice. I was at home with my 2 dogs were about to leave when suddenly I heard someone was trying to unlock the front door. I had to run to the front door to stop this guy from coming into the house. Then he took out all of things inside the dishwasher, run it, and didn’t put them back when he promised me he would. He moved our lawnmower and didn’t put it back to where it was.This inspector damaged the faucet in the powder room that was just recently upgraded.He saw me parked in my neighbor waiting for him to finish his work but he didn’t say anything about damaging my faucet. My realtor tried to call him million times and no response at all.This guy clearly refused to take any responsibility. Definitely not recommend nor using them when I need a home inspector for the next house.
