Bill Harvey Inspection Services, formerly AllPro, Inc., is proud to employ some of the most knowledgeable, thorough, and experienced home inspectors in the industry. They utilize a team approach and have a strong focus on continuing education to stay current on local building trends and codes. As a team, the inspectors are committed to investigating conditions other inspectors may miss.

Bill Harvey

Founder and Professional Licensed Master Home Inspector

Bill Harvey brings over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry to home inspections. Although he’s kept his broker’s license and Class A Contractor’s licenses current, he’s been focused on residential and commercial building inspections for over 17 years. As a home inspector, Bill is able to use his remodeling and real estate knowledge to offer a uniquely well-rounded approach to home inspecting.

Bill is a native Texan with roots in Fort Worth, Houston, and Corpus Christie. His earliest memories include visiting construction and demolition sites, courtesy of his grandfather’s business. Bill’s technician mind and interest in learning have taken him from building houses to selling them, and now finally to using that in-depth knowledge as an inspector. On the rare occasions that Bill takes a break from work, he enjoys riding his motorcycle, going scuba diving, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Mark Arnold

Professional Licensed Home Inspector

While originally from New York, most of Mark’s adult life was spent in North Carolina, which he prefers to think of as “back home”. Mark served in the Air Force for six years and was an air traffic controller for 30. He has enjoyed serving his neighbors as a professional home inspector these last few years. When not working, Mark can often be found with a book or watching a movie (usually old). He and his wife like to travel a bit as well, with driving a favorite pastime–the road is their friend.

Sean Kennedy

Professional Licensed Home Inspector

Sean is a native Houstonian and is married with one daughter. In his free time, he enjoys camping, vegetable gardening, and grilling. He is also an active member of his church and serves on the men’s retreat team. Sean is a graduate of the University of Houston with a degree in Chemical Engineering and has an MBA from Rice University. He has owned and operated an overhead door and loading dock service company and worked in the industrial construction field.

Warren Sturges

Professional Licensed Home Inspector

A native Floridian, Warren moved to south Louisiana, where he spent the first 30 years of his career in Commercial Diving, holding such positions as a Level 2 Underwater Inspector, Estimating Manager, and General Manager before leaving to pursue a career as a Professional Real Estate Inspector. His schooling includes The Ocean Corporation of Houston and the Florida Institute of Technology where he studied business management. Married with two children, his hobbies include fishing, golfing, hunting, and travel.
